Jiaxing Lante Optics Co., Ltd., once named Jiaxing Lante Optics Plating Factory and established in 1995, is an expert at producing optics prisms, lenses and optical plating. At present, our company covers an area of 10,500 square meters including 12,000 square meters of building area. Among our 400 staff, there are over 20 experts. The investment of our company reaches more than USD2,510,375.

We attach great importance to the development and creation of new products and scientific research. As soon as our company was established, we aimed to the development and production of high-tech products. In 1995, our company firstly developed a new practical technology of red plating in optical prisms with national equipment and benefited a lot in economy. In 1998, our company once again explored a new production line, BH ridge prism manufacture item, which received the National Medium and Small Enterprise Creative Funds. What's more, our company passed ISO9001 quality system approval in 2000. In 2004, our company developed a projective-prism-production line, which prism is one of the main optical parts in multi-media projection and projective TV. In December 2005, we invest USD625,343 to found a new production line to produce long prisms, and this line was finished in April 2006, enabling us to produce 250,000 pieces of long prisms per month.

Now we have a great production capacity. Our prism production line is able to output 1.2 million series of products per month. We can also process various kinds of optical materials based on experiments. We mainly produce Φ30 to Φ120 lenses with a capacity of 2,000,000 items per month. The monthly production capacity of plating items reaches 2,000 sets. We are able to plate different kinds of plates, such as red-plating, decorating green-plating, wide green-plating, polarizing coating, high reflection coating, phase coating, AR coating, cut coating and red-potted plating in a large scale.
